How pre-order works
Pre-order lets you get items we don't keep in stock, at import prices. Each batch has a closing date; everything ordered before it ships together.

Add pre-order items to your cart and place the order before the batch closes.
Pay the advance
Send the advance by bKash or Nagad and enter the transaction ID at checkout.
We import
Your item ships with the batch. Track its status here with your order ID.
Pay the rest at delivery
Pay the remaining amount plus delivery charge when the courier hands it over.

Questions
Can I cancel a pre-order?
Yes, before the batch closes, with a full refund of your advance. After the batch closes the item is already ordered from the supplier, so the advance can't be refunded.
What if an item arrives damaged?
Check the parcel in front of the delivery person. If anything is damaged, send us a photo on WhatsApp the same day and we'll replace or refund it.
Can I order ready-stock and pre-order items together?
Yes. Ready-stock items ship right away; pre-order items ship separately when the batch arrives. You'll see both in your cart.
How do I track my order?
Use the Track your order section with your order ID and phone number, or message us on WhatsApp.
